Dubai Launches Sama to Help Women Return to Work

On 7 September 2026, the Women’s Pavilion at Expo City Dubai launched Sama, a new platform designed to support women throughout different stages of their careers. According to Emirates News Agency, Sama will provide year-round opportunities focused on learning, professional development and employment support. The initiative is being delivered with HSBC and supported by the Expo City Dubai Foundation.
