Taysir Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01-05-2025

Last Updated: 06-05-2026

Welcome to Taysir, a mobile platform provided by Taysir Tech FZ-LLC("Taysir", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Taysir Platform, including our mobile apps, website, services, and any other related features.

The Taysir Platform enables three types of activity:

  • Task Marketplace: Customers post one-off or short-term tasks; Taskers bid to complete them.
  • Service Offerings: Taskers list their available services; Customers contact them directly.
  • Job Postings: Employers post full-time or part-time employment opportunities; Job Seekers apply through the Platform.

Different rules and disclaimers apply to each category. These Terms cover all three. Where a provision specifically applies to one category, it will say so.

By using or accessing the Taysir Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Using the Taysir Platform

a. Who can use Taysir?

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Use a valid UAE phone number and email
  • Complete account verification via OTP

We may suspend or remove any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

b. Your account

  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Ensure all provided information is accurate and updated
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Submit a request to delete your account. It will be deleted automatically after 5 days.

2. UAE Residency, Emirates ID, and Legal Right to Work (Tasker Requirement)

To comply with UAE laws, only individuals who are legally permitted to work in the United Arab Emirates may register as Taskers on the Taysir Platform.

To be approved as a Tasker, you must hold:

  • A valid UAE Residency Permit (Visa)
  • A valid Emirates ID
  • The legal right to perform paid services under UAE Labour & Immigration Law

You must upload accurate documentation during registration. Taysir may verify, audit, or request updated documents at any time. We may reject, suspend, or terminate your Tasker status if your documentation is invalid, expired, or inconsistent.

Individuals without valid residency or work rights, including tourists or visit-visa holders, are strictly prohibited from performing tasks.

Taysir does not sponsor visas, does not provide work permits, and does not form an employer–employee relationship.

2A. Required Permits, Licences and Certifications for Regulated Services

a. Regulated services that require permits

Certain services in the UAE require government-issued permits, licences, or professional certifications (for example: electrical work, plumbing, AC/HVAC, pest control, moving/transportation, babysitting, beauty services, and other municipality or DED-regulated activities).

If a task category requires a permit under UAE law, you must upload a valid permit to the Taysir Platform before you can make an offer. Taskers are not allowed to submit offers for regulated tasks without an approved permit on file.

b. Work eligibility & MOHRE permit requirement

If you are not eligible to work under your current residency or visa status, you must obtain a MOHRE work permit before performing any paid service. This includes individuals on student visas, family visas, part-time visas, or any category requiring external work approval.

You may apply for a MOHRE permit directly through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE):https://www.mohre.gov.ae/en/home.aspx.

c. Uploading additional documents

Taskers may upload additional required documents inside the app under:

Open Taysir App > Go to Profile > Permits > Select category to view or upload permits > Additional Documents

This may include trade licences, municipality permits, MOHRE work permits, professional certifications, or any other compliance documentation required by UAE law.

d. Verification & compliance review

Taysir may request, review, or flag documents at any time as a procedural compliance step. We may suspend or restrict your ability to make offers if required documentation is missing, expired, or invalid on its face.

Document checks are procedural only. Taysir does not guarantee, and is not responsible for verifying, the authenticity, accuracy, or legal validity of any document uploaded by a Tasker. The collection of documents does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or certification of any Tasker's qualifications or legal status. Users engage Taskers entirely at their own risk regardless of any documents on file.

Providing false documents or performing regulated services without proper authorization may lead to suspension, termination, and reporting to UAE authorities under compliance regulations.

3. Platform role, independent contractors, and work relationships

a. Taysir is a platform, not an employer or agency

Taysir is a digital marketplace that enables Customers to post tasks, Taskers to offer services, and Employers to post job opportunities for Job Seekers to apply to. Taysir is not an employer, staffing agency, licensed recruitment agency, labour supplier, headhunter, or agent of any user. Nothing in these Terms and nothing arising from your use of the Platform shall create or be deemed to create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or relationship of trust between Taysir and any user.

Taysir does not participate in, control, supervise, or make decisions regarding service arrangements between Customers and Taskers. All Taskers operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for:

  • Selecting which tasks to accept
  • Setting their own pricing, scope, and working hours
  • Performing services safely, competently, and legally
  • Ensuring they hold required licences, permits, or certifications
  • Their own tools, equipment, transport, and conduct on site
  • Their own tax obligations, VAT registration (where applicable), and social contributions
  • Obtaining their own professional indemnity or public liability insurance where appropriate

b. No employment relationship between Customer and Tasker

Engaging a Tasker through the Platform does not create an employer–employee relationship, a contract of employment, or any other employment status between the Customer and the Tasker under UAE Federal Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) or any other applicable law. Customers are not responsible for a Tasker's employment rights, end-of-service benefits, gratuity, medical insurance, or any other employment-related entitlements. Each Tasker is solely responsible for managing their own employment, visa, and tax status.

Customers are responsible for clearly defining the scope of the task they post. Customers must not use the Platform to establish ongoing, exclusive, or sham employment arrangements structured to avoid applicable labour laws.

c. Task posting — Customer responsibilities

Customers posting tasks on the Platform represent and warrant that:

  • The task is lawful under UAE law and does not violate any applicable regulations
  • All information in the task posting is accurate, complete, and not misleading
  • The task does not require services that only a licensed professional may provide, unless the Customer has confirmed the Tasker holds the required licence
  • The task is for a genuine, specific service and is not used to solicit, screen, or recruit employees outside the Platform
  • The Customer has the authority to engage a third party for the services described

Taysir may remove any task posting that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines, at any time and without notice. Taysir is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of any task posting.

d. Taysir's platform disclaimer

Taysir does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity, qualifications, skills, conduct, or legal status of any Tasker or Customer. You engage other users entirely at your own risk. Taysir is not responsible for and expressly disclaims all liability in connection with:

  • The quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or outcome of any task or service
  • Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from any task
  • Disputes between Customers and Taskers
  • Acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Tasker or Customer
  • Failure of a Tasker to hold required permits, licences, or insurance
  • Any employment, tax, or regulatory obligation arising from a Customer–Tasker arrangement

USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ENGAGEMENT OF TASKERS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

e. Job Postings — Employer and Job Seeker rules

This subsection applies to the Job Postings feature, where Employers advertise full-time or part-time employment opportunities and Job Seekers apply through the Platform.

Employers:

  • Must hold a valid UAE trade licence or free zone licence authorising the advertised activity
  • Must post genuine, accurate, and lawful job opportunities only — no ghost listings, misrepresented roles, or bait-and-switch postings
  • Are solely responsible for ensuring their hiring practices comply with UAE Federal Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021), MOHRE requirements, and any applicable immigration law
  • Must offer a proper written employment contract to successful candidates in accordance with UAE Labour Law
  • Must not discriminate against applicants on any basis prohibited by UAE law, including nationality, religion, or gender
  • Are solely responsible for sponsoring, processing, or transferring any work visa or residency permit required for a hire — Taysir has no role in this process
  • Are solely responsible for all salary, benefit, end-of-service gratuity, and other obligations that arise from any employment relationship formed through the Platform
  • Must not use Job Postings to collect personal information from applicants for purposes other than genuine recruitment

Job Seekers:

  • Apply for job opportunities entirely at their own risk
  • Should independently verify the legitimacy of any employer and the terms of any offered position before accepting
  • Should never pay any fee to an employer or third party in exchange for a job offer found on the Platform — Taysir does not charge job seekers fees, and legitimate employers will not do so either
  • Remain responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate visa or work authorisation required for any position they accept

Taysir's disclaimer for Job Postings: Taysir is not a licensed recruitment agency and does not provide recruitment services. Taysir does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any job posting, employer identity, employer licence status, salary claim, or employment outcome. Taysir is not a party to any employment contract formed through the Platform and accepts no responsibility for any hiring decision, employment dispute, contract breach, or claim arising from a Job Posting or a resulting employment relationship. Taysir may remove any Job Posting that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms, UAE law, or our Community Guidelines.

USE OF THE JOB POSTINGS FEATURE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4. User conduct and platform rules

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior
  • Post illegal, dangerous, or prohibited tasks
  • Upload harmful, explicit, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate others or falsify identity documents
  • Interfere with platform security or functionality
  • Engage in self-advertisement or promote external services or your own business

Violation may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account removal.

5. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

a. Plans and products

Certain services are offered as paid plans or products and may be purchased or subscribed to through the Platform or your account. Taysir may modify, suspend, withdraw, or introduce any plan, feature, or functionality at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. The availability, scope, duration, features, pricing, and other commercial terms applicable to any product shall be as described on the Platform or at the point of purchase.

b. Payment terms

All amounts payable in connection with any services or plans must be paid in full prior to commencement or activation, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Taysir.

  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Taysir reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.
  • All payments shall be made in full without set-off, counterclaim, deduction, or withholding, except as required by applicable law.
  • Payment may be made via credit or debit card (including Visa and Mastercard) and other approved payment methods available on the Platform from time to time.
  • By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You are responsible for any applicable VAT, sales tax, or other taxes or duties applicable to your purchase.
  • Except as expressly stated otherwise, all amounts paid are non-refundable.

c. Cancellation and refunds

All refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted or denied at Taysir's sole and absolute discretion. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment only, unless otherwise determined by Taysir.

Cancellation of your account or termination of access to the Platform does not automatically entitle you to any refund, whether in whole or in part.

d. Payment information security

Taysir does not store, sell, share, rent, or lease your credit card details. Payment transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment service providers, and Taysir does not retain full credit card information. Taysir shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, and your use of such services may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant provider.

e. Suspension for non-payment

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to it, Taysir reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any services in the event of non-payment, chargebacks, suspected fraudulent activity, or breach of these payment terms. Taysir may also freeze or reverse payments in cases involving fraud, disputes, or legal investigation.

f. Payment flow — no escrow or fiduciary relationship

Taysir is not a bank, payment institution, escrow agent, or financial fiduciary. Any payment processing facilitated through the Platform is handled by independent third-party payment processors. Taysir does not hold funds on behalf of users and accepts no responsibility for the transfer, release, delay, or failure of any payment between users or between users and third-party processors. No fiduciary duty, trust, or agency relationship arises from any payment made through or in connection with the Platform.

6. Content you post

By uploading content, you grant Taysir a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and use it to operate the platform.

Do not upload:

  • Illegal or offensive content
  • Content you do not own
  • False or misleading information

7. Privacy and data

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Phone number, email, and profile details
  • Location data (if enabled)
  • Biometric and device data (if enabled)
  • Identity verification documents
  • Task and message history

8. Third-party services and force majeure

a. Third-party providers

Taysir uses third-party providers including OTP/SMS services, cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processors. Their separate terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. Taysir is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from, any failure, outage, data loss, error, breach, or interruption caused by third-party systems, whether or not within Taysir's reasonable control.

Links or integrations to third-party services are provided for convenience only. Taysir does not endorse and accepts no responsibility for the content, practices, or reliability of any third-party service.

b. Force majeure

Taysir shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from any cause beyond Taysir's reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or sanctions, internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, cybersecurity attacks, labour disputes, or failure of third-party infrastructure or services ("Force Majeure Event").

During a Force Majeure Event, Taysir's obligations are suspended for the duration. Taysir will endeavour to resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable. No refund or compensation shall be owed for any period of unavailability caused by a Force Majeure Event.

9. Prohibited tasks and conduct

The following tasks are strictly prohibited on Taysir:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Medical, legal, or financial services requiring government licensing
  • Immigration or visa services
  • Adult, escort, or explicit services
  • Transportation of restricted or controlled items
  • Any access to banking accounts, PINs, credit cards, or passwords
  • Work requiring permits the user does not hold
  • Any activity prohibited under UAE law

Off-platform transactions prohibited

Users are strictly prohibited from soliciting, arranging, or completing transactions for services found through the Platform outside of the Platform's payment system ("off-platform transactions"). This includes requesting or accepting cash, bank transfers, or any other form of payment directly from another user to circumvent Platform fees. Off-platform transactions void any protections, dispute mechanisms, or terms that would otherwise apply, and may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Taysir accepts no liability whatsoever for any off-platform transaction or any loss, dispute, or harm arising from it.

Prohibited Job Postings

The following are strictly prohibited in the Job Postings feature:

  • Ghost or fake postings: Job listings that are not for genuine, current vacancies
  • Fraudulent employers: Postings by entities without a valid UAE trade or free zone licence
  • Visa or immigration schemes: Postings that offer employment in exchange for fees, or that are structured to facilitate unlawful visa arrangements
  • Discriminatory postings: Listings that specify requirements prohibited by UAE law (e.g. excluding candidates based on religion, gender, or other protected characteristics, where such exclusion is not a lawful occupational requirement)
  • Data harvesting: Postings intended to collect applicant data for purposes other than genuine recruitment
  • Recruitment agency activities: Third-party recruitment agencies posting jobs on behalf of undisclosed clients without the client's authorisation or without disclosing the agency relationship
  • Charging applicants: Any posting or employer conduct that involves charging job seekers a fee as a condition of employment or for accessing the application
  • Any job posting that violates UAE Labour Law, immigration law, or any other applicable regulation

10. Insurance disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, Taysir does not provide insurance coverage for users, tasks, injuries, damages, or disputes. Any future insurance offering will be governed by separate terms.

11. Anti–Money Laundering, Legal Work & Cooperation with Authorities

a. Anti–Money Laundering (AML) & CTF

Taysir complies with applicable UAE Anti–Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing regulations. Users must not use the platform for illegal financial activity, including money laundering, terrorism financing, fraudulent transfers, or other prohibited transactions. Taysir may freeze or hold payments, request additional verification, or suspend accounts if suspicious activity is detected, and may report such activity to UAE authorities where required by law.

b. Legal work eligibility

Taskers confirm that they are legally allowed to work in the UAE under their current visa and sponsorship status, and that they hold any required permits, approvals, or licences. Performing tasks without proper authorization may breach UAE labour or immigration laws and is the sole responsibility of the Tasker.

c. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taysir Tech FZ-LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform
  • Any task you post, accept, perform, or fail to perform
  • Your User Content, profile, or communications
  • Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your violation of any third party's rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or personal rights)
  • Any dispute between you and another user
  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by you or a Tasker you engaged
  • Your violation of UAE laws, including labour, immigration, licensing, AML, or CTF regulations

Taysir reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You shall not settle any such matter without Taysir's prior written consent.

d. Cooperation with UAE authorities

Taysir may cooperate with UAE law enforcement, regulators, and competent authorities and share user information when legally required in connection with investigations into fraud, illegal work, money laundering, or other regulatory breaches.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Taysir's gross negligence or wilful misconduct; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Taysir; or (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law. All disclaimers and limitations below apply only to the extent permitted by law.

a. Platform provided "as is"

THE TAYSIR PLATFORM, APP, WEBSITE, AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE UAE LAW, TAYSIR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Taysir does not warrant that: (i) the Platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components; (ii) any defects will be corrected; (iii) the Platform will meet your requirements or produce specific results; or (iv) any information or content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current.

b. No guarantee of outcomes

Taysir does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any task or service performed by a Tasker
  • The accuracy of any user profile, review, rating, or document
  • Whether a Tasker holds the qualifications, permits, or insurance they claim to hold
  • Any loss, injury, or property damage arising from a task or interaction between users
  • Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
  • Unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure credentials
  • Platform unavailability due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures

c. Exclusion of damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAYSIR TECH FZ-LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF TAYSIR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS EXCLUSION DOES NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY TAYSIR'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT.

d. Aggregate liability cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAYSIR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (i) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO TAYSIR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (ii) AED 500.

e. Essential basis

The disclaimers and limitations of liability in this Section 12 reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and Taysir, and form an essential basis of the agreement between the parties. Taysir would not be able to provide the Platform on the terms offered without these limitations. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

a. Taysir's right to suspend or terminate

Without limiting any other rights under these Terms, Taysir Tech FZ-LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to refuse access to the Platform or to suspend or terminate any user account, with or without cause, subject to applicable law. The exercise of such right shall not give rise to any liability on the part of Taysir, and shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations of Taysir or the user under these Terms, including payment obligations.

b. Grounds for suspension or termination

Taysir may, with or without notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and/or your access to the Platform if Taysir reasonably believes that:

  • You have breached or violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable Policy
  • Your conduct or content may create liability for Taysir or other users
  • Your use of the Platform is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or disruptive
  • You have failed to pay any amounts due in accordance with Section 5
  • You have provided false or fraudulent documents
  • You have engaged in illegal or harmful activities
  • You are performing tasks without the legal right to work in the UAE
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period of time
  • Taysir is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or a governmental authority

c. Closing your account

You may terminate your account at any time through the app. Submit a deletion request under account settings — your account will be fully removed after 5 days. You can undo the deletion within that period by tapping "Undo Deletion" in your account settings.

d. Effects of termination

Upon suspension or termination of your account for any reason:

  • Your right to access or use the Platform and any services shall immediately cease
  • Taysir may disable or delete your account and any associated access credentials
  • Any outstanding amounts owed to Taysir shall become immediately due and payable
  • Taysir may, but is not obliged to, delete or retain your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Termination of your account shall not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations, nor shall it entitle you to any refund, except as expressly provided under these Terms or required by applicable law.

e. No liability for termination

Taysir shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension or termination of your account, including any loss of data, content, business opportunities, or communications.

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive suspension or termination shall survive, including provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnities, and governing law.

14. Changes to these Terms

Taysir may update these Terms at any time. Where changes materially increase your obligations, reduce your rights, or affect how your data is used, Taysir will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via app notification or email before the changes take effect. For all other changes, continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

Material changes include but are not limited to: changes to fees or payment terms; changes to liability or indemnity provisions; changes to dispute resolution or governing law; and changes that restrict how users may use the Platform. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

a. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the emirate of Dubai.

b. Informal resolution first

Before commencing any legal proceedings, you agree to contact Taysir at support@taysir.ae and allow at least 30 days for Taysir to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not apply where urgent or interim relief is necessary.

c. Jurisdiction

Subject to the informal resolution requirement above, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

d. User disputes

Disputes between Customers and Taskers are solely between those parties. Taysir is not a party to any such dispute and provides no mediation, arbitration, or adjudication service. Taysir may, but is not obliged to, provide information relevant to a dispute if required by law or court order.

15A. General provisions

a. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taysir regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written. No representation, statement, or promise not expressly contained in these Terms shall be binding.

b. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

c. No waiver

Taysir's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Taysir.

d. Assignment

Taysir may assign, transfer, or novate these Terms or any rights or obligations under them at any time without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Taysir's prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this clause is void.

e. Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
