Taysir Terms and Conditions

1. Using the Taysir Platform

a. Who can use Taysir?

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use a valid UAE or supported international phone number and email
• Complete account verification via OTP

We may refuse access, suspend, or remove any account that doesn’t comply with these Terms or violates our Community Guidelines.

b. Your account

• Keep your login credentials secure (your phone and OTP access)
• Ensure all profile information is accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time through the app. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

2. Taysir is a platform, not an employer

Taysir is a neutral digital marketplace that connects people who want to post tasks ("Posters") with people who want to complete them ("Taskers").

We do not employ Taskers. All users are independent and are solely responsible for:

• Deciding which tasks to post or accept
• Agreeing on scope, price, and timeline
• Performing or receiving services at their own risk
• Complying with applicable local laws and licensing requirements

Taysir does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any task or user. We facilitate introductions only.

3. User conduct and platform rules

When using Taysir, you agree to:

• Be respectful and truthful in all communication
• Not engage in harassment, fraud, spam, or abuse
• Only post lawful tasks (no prohibited, violent, or unethical content)
• Not use the platform for illegal, misleading, or exploitative purposes
• Not impersonate others or use fake identities
• Not interfere with the app’s operation or security

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Payments and fees

Payments between Posters and Taskers may be facilitated through secure third-party payment processors. By using the Taysir Platform, you agree to:

• Pay any agreed-upon fees for tasks you post or complete
• Use only authorized payment methods
• Pay applicable service or withdrawal fees (disclosed at the time of transaction)

Taysir is not responsible for disputes or failed payments outside of our platform. We reserve the right to freeze, hold, or refund payments if fraud or violations are suspected.

5. Content you post

You may upload content like profile data, messages, task details, or photos (“User Content”). By doing so, you grant Taysir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, display, and share that content solely to operate and promote the platform.

You must not upload or share:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Content you don’t own or have the right to use
• False, misleading, or defamatory material

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or harms our community.

6. Privacy and data

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes use of your:

• Phone number, email, and profile data
• Location (if enabled)
• Biometric and device data (if enabled)
• Communications and task history

You can request data access or delete your account at any time through the app.

7. Third-party services

The Taysir Platform may use third-party tools (e.g. payment processors, cloud hosting, OTP providers). You agree to their separate terms and privacy policies where applicable.

We are not responsible for any third-party service performance or liability.

8. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee any task’s success, user performance, or safety
• We are not liable for losses caused by system downtime, security breaches, or unauthorized account access
• Taysir's total liability is limited to the lesser of AED 1,000 or the amount paid by you through the platform in the past 6 months

9. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Misuse the platform or harm other users

You may also terminate your account at any time from within the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we’ll notify you via app alert or email. Continued use of Taysir means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
