Security Notice

From time to time, false task postings and fraudulent profiles are listed online and used to illegally collect personal information from unsuspecting users. The placement of such false postings is a violation of the Taysir Terms and Conditions and may also be a criminal violation under UAE law.

Taysir is dedicated to stopping this abuse and providing the safest possible environment for you to find services, post tasks, and manage your activity on the platform.

Important Safety Tips

Here are some important tips to use when dealing with other users on Taysir:

• Never pay upfront fees. Do not give out credit card details or pay funds for visas, registration, equipment, or any other purpose in exchange for tasks or services posted on Taysir. Legitimate taskers do not require advance payments outside the platform.
• Verify who you're dealing with. Be sure to verify the identity and legitimacy of the user with whom you are interacting before sharing personal information or proceeding with any arrangement.
• Protect your personal information. Do not provide non-task-related personal information (e.g., passport number, bank account details, marital status) over the phone or online.
• Be cautious with international contacts. Exercise extra caution when dealing with contacts outside the UAE or with users who are unable to meet in person.
• Beware of money transfer schemes. Be wary of any offer that involves acting as a go-between for money transfers or receiving payments on behalf of a third party. Disregard such offers and do not follow through with them.
• Use platform messaging. Keep communications within the Taysir platform where possible. Be skeptical of users who insist on moving all communication to external channels before any agreement is in place.
• Trust your instincts. While the internet is a convenient place to do business, be aware that scammers target unsuspecting users. If something feels wrong, it probably is.

Reporting a Security Vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue with the Taysir platform, app, or website, we encourage you to report it responsibly. Please contact our team directly at support@taysir.ae with details of the potential vulnerability. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Please do not publicly disclose any vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to assess and address it.

Reporting Fraud

If you see a questionable task posting, a suspicious user profile, or any potential misuse of the Taysir platform or its brand, please report the suspected fraud immediately. Our team will review all reports and take appropriate action.
